ECCC Access-2-Market Finalists

On 23 May, the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC) hosted the Access-2-Market event in Barcelona, Spain, a platform aimed at celebrating and promoting European cybersecurity solutions. The event focused on cybersecurity advancements in the health sector and critical infrastructure, echoing the themes of the Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress. After 10 outstanding pitches, Guarded Box and Labyrinth Security Solutions emerged as the two companies with the most promising cybersecurity solutions for Europe to go onto the final competition to be held in beginning of 2025.

Jointly organised with the Spanish National Coordination Centre (NCC-ES), Women4Cyberthe Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia, and DCA on 23 May, the ECCC Access-2-Market event provided scale-ups with established solutions the unique opportunity to pitch their innovations to a discerning audience of potential buyers. The event culminated in a thorough evaluation by a European Judging Panel composed of Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), who had the challenging task of selecting the two most promising solutions to advance as finalists for the ECSO CISO Choice award 2025.

Among the ten outstanding candidates showcasing cutting-edge European innovation, Guarded Box and Labyrinth Security Solutions emerged as the two finalists. Their solutions impressed the panel with their potential impact and scalability within the European cybersecurity market.

"We thank you very much from GuardedBox for this recognition. We are trying very hard to protect the security in both the health environment and in critical infrastructure. It's a pleasure for us to get this award and participate in the finals next year!" Expressed Mónica Salas, Founder and Strategy Manager of GuardedBox.

Anastasiia Dorosh, Cybersecurity Implementation Team Lead and Labyrinth celebrated "Keep trolling hackers! Lets rock!".

Through Access-2-Market, the ECCC aims to strengthen the European cybersecurity market by bridging the existing gap between buyers and providers, while also creating a space for the European cybersecurity community to network, collaborate, and forge new connections.

The ECCC is delighted to have hosted this event and extends its best wishes to the two finalists as they prepare for the ECSO CISO Choice Award 2025. This recognition not only highlights their innovative contributions but also underscores the importance of fostering European cybersecurity solutions on a global stage.
