The European Cybersecurity Competence Centre Governing Board and its network of National Coordination Centres meet in San Sebastián, Spain

Today, the network of National Coordination Centres (NCCs) is holding a networking day in San Sebastián, Spain. This will be followed by a two-day meeting of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC) Governing Board.

The networking day of the NCCs will include discussions, among others, on the registration of cyber community members on the ATLAS platform, working groups reports and structure, as well as exchanges on challenges and best practices regarding financial support to third parties (FSTP) schemes and NCC Digital Europe Programme project coordination.

The NCCs network meeting will be followed by the 8th meeting of the ECCC Governing Board on 14-15 March 2024. This is the first meeting attended by ECCC Executive Director Luca Tagliaretti since he took office on 1 February 2024. The Governing Board will discuss the ECCC Annual Activity Report 2023 and adopt decisions on internal governance.  

Furthermore, the Governing Board will discuss the Action Plan implementing the ECCC Strategic Agenda adopted in March 2023 and ongoing and future implementation of cybersecurity priorities in the Digital Europe Programme (DEP) (including an ongoing call open until 26 March 2024), the status of establishing the ECCC towards its financial autonomy, and progress of the various ECCC working groups.

The NCCs Network Day and Governing Board meeting are hosted by and jointly organised with INCIBE – the National Coordination Centre of Spain.
