The Czech National Coordination Centre introduces its mechanism for financial support to third parties

The presentation took place at the meeting of the Platform for Research and Development in Cyber and Information Security.

The platform serves as a venue where representatives from various sectors can discuss their research needs and opportunities, establish contacts, and support mutual cooperation. The goal of the Platform is to facilitate effective meetings and discussions among key players in the field of cyber security, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and strengthening security measures.

The meeting was held at the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics, and Cybernetics at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CIIRC) and was attended by at least 70 representatives from the public, private, and academic sectors.

The NCC-CZ officially presented its financial support to third parties (FSTP) mechanism and an open call for projects. This call allocates funding to support small pilot projects and initiatives that respond to the current and evolving needs of the Czech and European cybersecurity community identified in the NCC-CZ's Strategic Research Agenda. This support is intended not only to respond to immediate challenges and needs within the cybersecurity community, but also to lay the groundwork for larger, long-term initiatives.
