The European Cyber Security Community Project (ECCO), in support of the ECCC, announces a new knowledge-sharing webinar focused on unlocking cybersecurity funding in the EU, taking place on 5 December 2024, 10:00 - 11:30 CEST.

This online discussion is organised by the ECCO Community Group on Startup/Scaleups - SMEs support.

Summary

European cybersecurity SMEs must grapple with a diverse, and often complex, funding landscape. This webinar, provides comprehensive overview of, as well as practical advice on, available funding schemes, from public grants to venture capital, tailored for start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs. The sessions offers insights from SMEs on the obstacle they faced in their fundraising, as well as the best practices they encountered.

10:05 – 10:20  European Funding for Innovation: Learn from the ECCC the existing cybersecurity funding at the European level as well as guidelines on how to best benefit from them.

10:20 – 10:35  NCC Programs for Start-ups and SMEs: Discover the support programs offered by some National Coordination Centres (NCCs) to foster innovation and growth in the cybersecurity sector.
