ENISA in collaboration with the Slovak Cybersecurity Competence and Certification Centre (NCC-SK) is opening this call for speakers for the 1st Peer Learning Session on Cybersecurity Skills in the context of National Cybersecurity Strategies.
The goals of this workshop are to support EU Member States to:
- Share of best practices in the area of cybersecurity skills development
- Engage the community and foster collaboration
- Learn from existing experiences and share ideas and view points.
- Getting inspired by and support peers, experts as well as learners by offering advice and insights.
- Develop an environment of trust for information sharing.
- Raising awareness and capacity building.
Peer learning sessions are a new service offered as part of ENISA’s National Cybersecurity Strategies (NCSS) service catalogue launched in 2023. The main aim of this service is to create a forum where EU Member States (MS) are able to share experiences, knowledge and good practices about topics of interests in the context of the NCSS. Based on NIS2 Directive, MS
have increased tasks in this area according to art.7 on National strategies, and therefore is of uttermost importance to maximise collaborative expertise, effectively utilise existing resources and avoid duplication of efforts. With this objective in mind, ENISA aims to promote a trustworthy environment where experts from EU MS feel comfortable and are willing to share knowledge and good practices, and ultimately learn from each other. We strongly believe this learning approach will help strengthen community engagement and collaboration at EU level.
