Hands-On Cybersecurity Training Series — Session 3: Immersive and Gamified Cybersecurity Practices for SMEs

The final session of the NERO workshop series will take place on 19 January 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 CET. This closing session provides a comprehensive and interactive experience that brings cybersecurity learning to life through realistic simulations and gamified approaches.

Participants will engage in practical exercises replicating real-time cyber incidents, enhancing their ability to detect, contain, and respond effectively to diverse threats. The format combines technical learning with active experimentation, allowing attendees to test their decision-making and strengthen their resilience under simulated pressure. 

The programme will also include modules on privacy-enhancing technologies, data-protection strategies, and regulatory compliance, enabling SMEs to apply secure practices in daily operations.
