CyberSea Festival, 28-30 July 2026, Constanta, Romania

CyberSea Festival 2026 will take place on 28–30 July 2026 in Mamaia, Constanța (Diplomatic), Romania, as its second edition. Organized by Women4Cyber Romania, the event combines cybersecurity learning with a summer festival format, aiming to help students and young professionals develop practical skills, explore current cyber challenges, and connect with the cybersecurity community. 

The programme includes hackathon-style competitions, hands-on workshops, mentoring sessions, panel discussions with industry experts, and thematic “Cyber Villages” focused on areas such as AI, secure by design and ethical hacking. The festival also emphasizes networking, career development and collaborative learning in an informal and engaging environment.
